Our QC Panel analyses allow winemakers to monitor parameters that are fundamental to winemaking quality assurance

QC Panel

Track key quality parameters over the course of the winemaking cycle.

Parameters include:

TA (Titratable Acidity), pH, VA (Acetic Acid), Free SO2, Molecular SO2, Alcohol

This panel is great for:

  • Post-acid adjustment quantification
  • Pre-bottling quality assurance check
  • Post-ML fermentation adjustments
  • Monitoring Free SO2 and VA during elevage

QC Glucose+Fructose Panel

Track Glucose+Fructose while also monitoring other key quality parameters.

Parameters include:

Glucose+Fructose, TA (Titratable Acidity), pH, VA (Acetic Acid), Free SO2, Molecular SO2, Alcohol

This panel is great for:

  • Assessing completion of primary fermentation and monitoring stuck/sluggish fermentations
  • Managing residual sugar in off-dry and sweet wines

QC Malic Panel

Track Malic Acid while also monitoring other key quality parameters.

Parameters include:

Malic Acid, TA (Titratable Acidity), pH, VA (Acetic Acid), Free SO2, Molecular SO2, Alcohol

This panel is great for:

  • Monitoring completion of secondary fermentation
  • Assessing when to add SO2

QC Plus Panel

Track Malic Acid and Glucose+Fructose while also monitoring other key quality parameters.

Parameters include:

Malic Acid, Glucose+Fructose, TA (Titratable Acidity), pH, VA (Acetic Acid), Free SO2, Molecular SO2, Alcohol

This panel is great for:

  • Assessing fermentation completion and monitoring stuck/sluggish fermentations
  • Pre-bottling check
