Sample Collection

It’s important to keep in mind that the numbers you receive on your report are for the samples as submitted. When collecting cellar samples, care should be taken to ensure the sample is representative of the larger vessel. If you have questions about pulling a representative sample please feel free to reach out to us for guidance.

Target Turnaround Times

• For Juice Panels, target turnaround time is within 4 hours

• For wine QC Panels, expect same-day results for samples received by mid-afternoon

• Stability analysis and bench trials are typically reported within 24-48 hours
