Getting set up as a client of Core Enology is easy – simply complete and return this Client Agreement Form.

Reports and invoices are sent by email – please indicate recipients for each.

Payment by credit card is available – please indicate on the Client Agreement Form if you’d like to setup simple and secure automatic credit card billing.

 

FIRST WINE OR JUICE PANEL IS ON US

Once we have you set up as a client of Core Enology the first wine or juice panel you submit is free – our way of saying Welcome to Core Enology.

We’ll also get a supply of free sample tubes and labels in the mail to you – everything you need to start submitting samples to our lab.
