Client Agreement Form
Getting set up as a client of Core Enology is easy – simply complete and return our Client Agreement Form.
Invoice payments can be made by check or credit card – please indicate on the Client Agreement Form if you’d like to setup automatic credit card billing.
First Wine Panel or Juice Panel is on Us
Once we have you set up as a client, the first wine or juice panel you submit is free – our way of saying Welcome to Core Enology.
We will also send you a supply of free tubes and labels – everything you need to start submitting samples to our lab.
