Sample Submission and Target Turnaround Time
• When collecting cellar samples, effort should be taken to ensure the sample is representative of the larger vessel
• Normal target turnaround time is 24 hrs from sample submission
• Samples that cannot be analyzed same-day will be kept stable in the refrigerator overnight
