CORONAVIRUS-RELATED INFORMATION

Hours of operation:

~ The lab continues to operate normal hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm

 

Measures to comply with state-wide mandates:

~ Customers in the Davison Winery Supplies building must wear face masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines

~ Samples can be left in either the dropbox (code: 2142 then the star key) or on the front counter – we’ll keep our distance 🙂

~ If you require additional sampling supplies call in advance and we’ll have them ready for pickup at the front counter

~ We are limiting the number of staff in the lab at any given time – phone calls may go to voicemail

 

Invoicing:

~ Invoicing terms have been changed from Due on Receipt to Net 60 to allow additional flexibility during the pandemic

 

Shipping credit:

~ To encourage sample delivery by mail, samples received by UPS, FedEx, or USPS will receive a $5 invoice credit (one per shipment)

 

Red Vines:

~ The Red Vine bucket has been removed, replaced with a bottle of hand sanitizer – please plan to snack before or after dropping samples
